I like this ad in that it takes an interesting play on the transitivity of equality(that is if A=B, and B=C, then A=C.. duh!). The animation is spot on and if you were to take out the product shot at the end, this ad could be used as a pretty cool screen saver.
Nicely done.
Conceptualized by Creative on Demand and produced at Logan/Venice(good to see they aren’t ripping off anyone for this one). The Executive Producer was Kevin Shapiro, the same guy who was EP for the new Bob Dylan iTunes spot.

By clicking here you can view a similar spot that they made in which they use the same logic but this time with Timbales.

Ohh the colors, this is the latest Apple spot promoting the new colors available for the Ipod Nano. Done by TBWA/Chiat Day Los Angeles, this spot was co-directed by Mark Romanek and Exopolis(*sorry for the earlier confusion*). I like it how they took their current Ipod campaign and introduced a clever representation of how the screen is now brighter(supposedly +40%)
In case you were wondering, the song is “The Audience Is Listening Theme” by Cut Chemist(best known for his collaboration with DJ Shadow)

This has to be one of the most emotionally riveting PSA’s that I’ve ever come across. The song selection was impeccable – Johnny Cash singing the Nine Inch Nails song, “Hurt,” mixed with the vibrantly chilling imagery of the household of an abused child leaves my stomach turning. Directed by Mark Molley for the Australian Childhood Foundation, this spot was conceptualized by Clemenger BBDO.
Good work for a noble cause. We need more of these creative spots to draw attention to everyday problems affecting millions who are just under our noses but still within our grasps.
