Fast Food

You are currently browsing the archive for the Fast Food category.

This is one videoclip that must have been pulled from the deep back corners of the archives: It’s Kentucky Fried Chickens celebrity spokesman, founder & social icon Colonel Harland Sanders as the weekly guest on the popular CBS game show What’s My Line? (circa 1964). People talk a lot these days about “You are now the brand” or about “Brands coming to life,” well here’s an example of one company that made their brand come to life in the everyday life of its’ founder…RIP my dear old southern friend.

Here’s an interesting new spot for McDonalds entitled, No Fry Left Behind. That guy should really clean the inside of his car more frequently, especially if he’s going to let his friends eat off the floor! See for yourself, it’s so bad that a new breed of super-small mutant humans lives between his seats.

Gordon West and Kevin Goff were the Art Director and Copywriter duo who came up with this spot for DDB, Chicago. With Tim Godsall from Biscuit Filmworks USA as the Director and Jeff Cronenweth as DP, it also features Matthew Wood from The Whitehouse as the Editor. Prime Focus, London was the xFX house used to bring the ‘little people’ to life for this piece.

Burger King Spin

An interesting idea from the folks over at Burker King. If you find yourself faced with too many options once you reach the counter, all you have to do is spin the wheel and leave your fate up to “the King.”
Brought to you from the folks over at the MIT Advertising Lab(who took it from some random Russian blog)
