Want to know the truth behind Armagideon Time by The Clash and what “really” happened at the 2:58 mark? How about that squeaky sound in the background of Frank Sinatra’s It Was A Very Good Year? Answers to both of these questions are now provided in a new campaign by Saatchi & Saatchi, Stockholm promoting the sound quality on the Sony Ericsson W902. Apparently this new phone model comes with a special Sony headset (the HPM-77) that provides you with “a clear audio experience,” or at least their website claims thats what you can expect. I thought that this was a great pair of spots playing on the obsessive tendencies of the hardcore audiophile-fan.

Here’s an odd new commercial promoting the Sony PSP with GPS attachment and the Volkswagen Polo. It was created by Copywriter/Art Director team Ken Berghs and Seb De Roover from DDB, Belgium (Brigitte Verduyckt was the Agency Producer).

This spot was directed by Wim Reygaert for Caviar Content along with Patrick Otten as the DP. Brigitte Baudine and Kato Maes were the Line/Executive Producers.

Stijn De Coninck was the Editor for Caviar, Brussels with Johan Van Oeckel composing the music used for Sonicville.
